Refund policy

At The Midwest Closet, we carefully select our brands so that you get the best quality products. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase we would be happy to send you a refund for your return. Refunds will be for store credit.

Ready to Ship Items are eligible for return within 3 days of the delivered date. Please see below for exceptions and rules: 

  • All items returned must be unworn and unwashed. This means no smoke, odor, deodorant marks, makeup and must be damage free.
  • All original tags must be attached and intact 
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery date with a description of what is damaged.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping cost of the return to the store

Custom Orders will not be accepted for return unless they arrive damaged.

At the end of 2025, we closed our boutique side of our business. We will not be accepting any more returns on our boutique closeout items in 2026.
